Terms and Conditions for Caretakers with Own Accommodation (Caravan or Campervan)
Be aware we can just accept one caravan/campervan on our property!
To ensure a smooth and harmonious arrangement for caretakers residing in their own caravan or campervan on the property, the following terms and conditions apply:
1. Caretaking Responsibilities
- Animal Care:
- Morning: Approximately 2 hours for feeding, cleaning, and checking on the animals.
- Evening: 1 hour to ensure animals are secure, comfortable, and fed as needed.
- Property Maintenance:
- Tasks include maintaining fences, cleaning paddocks, cutting grass, and other property upkeep duties.
2. Accommodation
- Caretakers will reside in their own caravan or campervan while staying on the property.
- Site Facilities:
- Power, water, and internet may be provided, with reasonable usage expected.
- Access to shared amenities (if available) must be coordinated with the host.
- Caretakers are responsible for keeping their accommodation tidy and ensuring it does not negatively impact the surrounding environment.
3. Departure Requirements
- Before leaving, caretakers must ensure:
- The area around their caravan or campervan is clean and free of rubbish.
- Any damages caused to the property or facilities are repaired.
- Additional cleaning or repairs may result in a discussion about covering costs.
4. Daily Schedule
- Caretaking duties must be completed as agreed upon, typically:
- Morning Care: 2 hours/per person
- Evening Care: 1 hour/per person
- Flexibility is appreciated, but caretakers must communicate any changes to their availability.
5. Conduct and Property Rules
- Noise Levels: Maintain a quiet and respectful environment. No parties or loud gatherings are permitted on the property.
- Respect for Animals: Handle all animals with care and follow safety guidelines provided.
- Shared Areas: Use shared facilities responsibly and clean up after use.
6. References and Documentation
- Provide three references (work- or lease-related) for review.
- A police check is required and may be submitted after arrival.
7. Visitors, Caretakers and Pets
- Dogs must stay on a leash at all times and remain within your designated area only. 🐶🔗🌿
Visitors are welcome with prior approval and must follow all property rules and respect other residents.
Caretakers may bring pets with prior approval, provided they do not disturb our animals or the environment and remain under control at all times. 🐾🌿
