Adding new plants is welcome with owner approval.

Governing Law:
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Northern Territory, Australia.

License to Occupy:
You acknowledge that you are granted a license to occupy as a paying guest, not a residential tenant. This means your stay is temporary and does not create a tenancy under the Northern Territory Residential Tenancies Act.
The property owner reserves the right to withdraw or cancel the license at any time if the terms and conditions are breached or if the stay is otherwise terminated by mutual agreement.
